In this third episode, Dr Serge Bibauw presenter of the workshop “The Use of Chatbots to Enhance Students' Speaking” at our "AI in Language Education" event last March, talks all things chatbots: how they provide a low-anxiety speaking environment to language learners, the issue of remaining engaged past the novelty effect, and what developers/ practitioners should bear in mind when building these tools or implementing them into their teaching.
