ALTISSIA, a leading global player in distance language learning, is looking for a Junior Client Support Operator.

By joining our technical and linguistic support team, you will help, assist and ensure the satisfaction of users across our international projects.

YOUR MISSION

  • Answer users’ questions by email via our ticketing system;
  • Identify and report the technical source of issues encountered by end users
  • Escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
  • Stay up-to-date with system changes and updates;
  • Prepare and deliver activity reports;
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users (B2B & B2C), the Product Management team and the IT department;
  • Inform management of recurring problems and provide recommendations on FAQ updates;
  • Support internal linguistic and IT teams with troubleshooting;
  • Document solutions to problems for future reference.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French. Any other European language such as German or Portuguese is a major asset.
  • Ability to efficiently and respectfully communicate as well as ease of communication.
  • Excellent editorial skills.
  • Affinity with IT, interest in technology in general and good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Capability of integration into an international environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working as part of a multi-lingual team.
  • Rigorous, client-oriented and helpful mind-set.
  • Experience in an EU Institution environment is a plus.
